Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and beyond.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — Rs. 200
Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — Rs. 400
Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,000

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier conditions. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners are unable to provide change in all cases.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
