New Friends Collection accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers. If you pay via EasyPaisa or JazzCash, your transaction is processed directly through those platforms and we do not retain your financial details.

WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us or place an order via WhatsApp, your phone number and chat history are handled in accordance with WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your orders and queries — never for unsolicited promotions without your consent.
