What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. We also accept EasyPaisa and JazzCash for prepaid orders.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp?
Yes! You can place your order directly through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000. Our team is available 7 days a week.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
We recommend using our Size Guide available on every product page. Our shoes are sized in EU sizing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for heels and sandals, and going true to size for sneakers and flats.

What if the size I ordered does not fit?
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

Do you offer wide-fit shoes?
Some of our styles are available in wide fit. Look for the "Wide Fit" label on the product page, or ask our team on WhatsApp for recommendations.


Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free standard delivery.

Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000 with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
